Description

The Audio Visual components for Midwest Conference and November SCRIM consist of three parts:

1. Room AV
2. Stream AV
3. OBS configuration

Room AV

The room AV usually consists of a speaker system that can facilitate at least 2 microphone connections. This allows the Head Referees to have access to one of the mics for running the competition, and the commentators to have access to the other.

Our usual Venue, Stewart Center, provides Room AV for a small charge of ~$50 a room.

Other Venues may require more setup

Stream AV

The Stream AV consists of:

1. Arena AV
2. Red Pilot AV
3. Blue Pilot AV
4. Commentator AV
5. RoboMaster S1 AV

Arena and Commentator AV require a camera each. Commentators should also have a dedicated microphone. All should be connected to the streaming computer.

Red Pilot, Blue Pilot, RoboMaster S1 require ethernet switch connections with OBS NDI to the main streaming computer.
