Description

The March Conference is an independently organized regional held annually at Purdue in the spring semester. It is usually attended by nearby midwestern universities such as Rose-Hulman, UIUC, and WashU St. Louis.

It serves multiple purposes:

The Midwest Conference lasts 2-3 days:

  1. Friday: Loading of the U-Haul with all field pieces. Can also reserve the venue for the evening and setup then.
  2. Saturday:
    1. Morning: Setup of the field , Inspection, and some practice matches
    2. Afternoon/Evening: Official matches begin
  3. Sunday:
    1. Morning: Continue matches
    2. Afternoon: Team and Sponsor Presentations, then Finish Matches and Closing Ceremony
    3. Evening: Teardown of the field
