Description
The March Conference is an independently organized regional held annually at Purdue in the spring semester. It is usually attended by nearby midwestern universities such as Rose-Hulman, UIUC, and WashU St. Louis.
It serves multiple purposes:
- Practice competition
- Publicity
- Sponsor incentive - Our sponsors will be invited to setup booths at the event
The Midwest Conference lasts 2-3 days:
- Friday: Loading of the U-Haul with all field pieces. Can also reserve the venue for the evening and setup then.
- Saturday:
- Morning: Setup of the field , Inspection, and some practice matches
- Afternoon/Evening: Official matches begin
- Sunday:
- Morning: Continue matches
- Afternoon: Team and Sponsor Presentations, then Finish Matches and Closing Ceremony
- Evening: Teardown of the field
